By downloading or using EzyReader, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

EzyReader is a reading application that allows you to read EPUB, PDF, and DOCX files, take highlights and notes, and access AI-powered reading assistance features ("Aura"). The app is provided by MdaStudio (independent developer).

You must create an account with a valid email address to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

MdaStudio is registered with the United States Copyright Office as a Designated DMCA Agent — Registration No. DMCA-1073312.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA §512(i), accounts that accumulate three or more validated copyright infringement notices will be automatically and permanently disabled. Disabled users will be notified by email and may appeal the decision by contacting abuse@mdastudio.dev with supporting evidence within 14 days.

EzyReader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content is accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MdaStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any damages arising from user-uploaded content or third-party advertisements.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including the repeat infringer policy in Section 7 or the acceptable use rules in Section 9. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. For US users, the DMCA safe-harbor provisions apply as a matter of US federal law.
